The asset-based fee is based on a blended tier. For example, a client’s portfolio with $2,500,000 in assets managed by our firm would be assessed an annualized asset-based fee of 100 basis points for the first $2,000,000, and 90 basis points for the remaining $500,000 above the first tier.
